I am going round in circles trying to change my password on the Iberia website and App. I can get no further that Forgotten Password and receiving the link.
My old password no longer works!
Any ideas?
oh, I had this in the past.
1) DO NOT DO IT FROM YOUR PHONE .. use a PC
2) Do not use one of these autogenerated passwords. Keep it simple (like Pa55word!!)
3) If all fails go to Twitter (yes I know) and contact Iberia there. They are pretty good and should be able to help.
All these are base don my experience trying to change a password recently. Just asking for the link and then having my iphone produce a long a complicated one failed until I did 1) and 2).
4) With IB, I recommend you log in using your IB plus number and your password. Sometimes IB will change your email (for instance if you book a reward ticket for somebody else) and it messes up everything.
5) For booking tickets and managing flights I use the iPhone phone app and it works fine (even to change the loyalty number from IB to BA once I booked a reward flight)

I would not change the loyalty number until close in … the IB call centre can be very precious at times sorting out their schedule changes if something else has happened to their booking …
Oh and don’t have a VPN running
