Priority Pass restaurants & lounge visit T&Cs

Previously I had heard that one can use the restaurant credit and lounges with priority pass (in my case HSBC) and lounges during the same visit.

However, I’ve just noticed that the T&C’s (for Gatwick North) for the restaurants only include a 6th point about it being an alternative to lounge visit and that using “entitlements repeatedly in a single visit may result in charges”.

Do some here have recent experience? Interestingly these conditions are not on the lounges, so you could still use multiple of those.

I visited both Breakfast Club and My Lounge and wasn’t charged.

I think ‘may’ is the key word here. It’s unlikely unless you’re really having a laugh. Priority Pass WANTS you to do this because they get paid more by HSBC or whoever, but they need to pretend to HSBC they are controlling abuse ….
