Pre-theatre restaurants near Victoria Theatre?

Booked to see Wicked at Victoria Theatre ( starts 7:30 Pm IIRC )

Tips for decent pre-theatre eating around there appreciated , thanks.

Also whats the best way to get there from Hilton Bankside Hotel ? Fly in the ointment – extinction rebellion demo in hyde park on same day ( April 9 ) im worrying that Uber might be doing surge pricing because of that.

Can’t help with the dining, but for transport I’d walk over the river to Blackfriars (about 10 minutes) and then get the District/Circle line to Victoria. Unlikely to see disruption there.

Lots of quick and casual options nearby, especially at Nova Food. E.g. Pizza Pilgrims, Bone Daddies, Sticks & Sushi, Franco Manca, Bleecker.

There is an Ivy on Victoria Street as well.

Sticks & Sushi is decent – just come back from the Kings Road actually. It is what it suggests, a mix of sushi plates and meat skewers.

Tozi is a great option, just a few mins walk away. Italian sharing plates. Great vibe. Burrata to die for.

The Market Hall and Sticks N are very close to the theatre.

Aster is really good. Had many meals there pre-Covid.
