Yes.
As is also the case with Hyatt, IHG and Marriott.
I was surprised to receive 493 points on my recent 50k Hilton redemption – 274 base points and 219 Gold elite bonus. There was no additionals on the bill. If this is normal, I’ve never noticed it before, perhaps as I usually have extras on the bill and assume it’s from that!
Not normal just a happy mistake from the charge they’ve made to Hilton for your stay.

Question re Hilton Points.
Can you use them to redeem a half board/full board stay? some hiltons in dubai do a full board basis if booking elsewhere, can you redeem points to use them this way?
Speaking of, is 60k points reward night for Hilton Angel Islington a good redemption?
