I’m looking to book a (popular) hotel for 5 nights – 29 December 2023 – 3 January 2024.
As of now, only the first two nights are bookable, but I expect that within the next 3 days all 5 nights will be available to book.
I can’t remember what the logic and rules are. If I book the 2 nights today, for example, can I then extend it each day when availability comes up? I remember having problems changing a points booking in the past if they are original dates already booked are not available anymore.
Hoping that the 31st won’t be a blackout date…
If you want to get 5 nights for 4 you’ll need to book them all in one go. It’s best to have a Plan B on high-demand dates!
Thank you.
I know they need to be booked in one go, that’s why I’m wondering if I can add them incrementally to the same booking as they become available.
Well if you’re adding them incrementally, it’s not in one go, just on one booking reference. But I’ve never heard of any way of doing that!
Gotcha! Thank you. It makes sense. If I add the 5th night to the same booking , it won’t be free.
