Points card without foreign exchange fee?

Does anyone know if there is a credit card that offers either Avios or Virgin points that doesn’t have a foreign exchange fee outside of Europe? Thanks!

NatWest black credit card (which comes free as part of NatWest Premier account) is Fx Free, and you can convert the rewards to Avios at a poor rate of 0.5 ish Avios per pound spend. Otherwise, Curve with VS CC and/or Barclays Avios CC would be the way to go.

Alternatively, use Curve Free plus Barclaycard Avios for up to £1k per 30 days. Don’t use weekends or bank holidays.
