I never went to Grain Store. How does it work? Show your Platinum card or your PP app and would it get £60 off if travelling with supp card holder and two others?
Yes, that’s how GS used to work. Seems like it’s just carried over. And HSBC WE hopefully, they would put the card through x 2 also. If 2 travelling.
Gatwick South Pizza Express is showing in my Amex Platinum issued Priority Pass app — £ 18 off per head. I’m passing through this evening and that might be a better option for dinner than the BA lounge.

Looked at LGW restaurant credit (£15) offers for DragonPass issued by Natwest and Barclays. They offer a few more options for utilising the credit (but not pizza Express) compare to PP from Amex.

Can someone please help with two questions that I have:
Does anyone know if Pizza Express have fixed the issue they had with PP that was reported two weeks ago in another thread (where they turned people away due to not being able to validate PP details)?
And is it possible to use the PP credit on takeaway orders?

To answer my own questions:
1) The previous issue with PP not working at Pizza Express has been resolved and was working fine when I was at LGW 2 weeks ago.
2) Yes, the PP credit can be used on Takeaway orders. £18 for the PP cardholder and another £18 if you have a guest present with you.
Check the bill carefully, the software is not working correctly, as per my rant the other day, you get a random bill that is incorrect

We showed the PP card (via the App). I don’t think it will work using the Amex card

When they moved from LoungeKey they did give you the details to set up PP account with digital card.
