Pay VAT bill with Amex

I saw an article on here recently saying there would be a new thread explaining how you could pay the HMRC with Amex using a 3rd party. Anyone have any ideas?

I don’t recall there being a promise of a new thread but there is an article about a service that would allow you to pay HMRC within the last couple of weeks so scan the list of articles (not forum posts)
