    Every single month I try to pay for one of our
    cards with the debit card in the system, it sends
    the sms code, and then,,, Our System Is Not Responding

    I can never, ever pay without ringing: any ideas?!

    I had similar issues a while back and now can only service my Amex account on a different browser (Chrome, I think).

    Sometimes there can be a queue, put the kettle on while you’re waiting 😂

    Yes, it’s been glorious today, sunny with a nice sea breeze. We’re just basking in the late afternoon rays now, enjoying a 70s and 80s playlist emanating from the pool bar – Bee Gees currently 😎 🏝️ 🕺

    @Roberto – are you able to pay via the app?

    Log in to Amex app > select “Make a payment” > Amount > Pay today > scroll right down to the bottom, ignoring all the bank logos, select the option “Pay by debit card”

    This might be more successful
