OneWorld Emerald (Malaysia Airlines) on British Airways Flight

Hi, i am planning to go to Toronto at some point next year. Was just being nosy with the flight tickets on BA website.

As per title, i’m a oneworld emerald holder, I noticed that BA offers Economy Basic ( no checked luggage), with my OW status, does that automatically allow me to get 1 checked luggage for free?
