I know that being a cardmember means you can take 3 guests with you, but what are the requirements for the lounge in o2 Arena?
Do you have to have a ticket to a concert or can you just turn up if you’re visiting the arena?
Yes, a ticket for a show is required as you can then enter the arena directly from there. If there’s no show, the lounge is not open.

Only 1 drinks voucher now and you have to ask for it (showing your Amex card after entering the lounge). The used to give 2pp when entering. You do get 10% off the food and drink inside. Burger around £20 and cocktails around the same as well. Still a nice place to chill out before a show, especially if the eateries in the main building are all busy!
