Hi – I wondered if anyone has had any success in receiving Avios points for transferring an ISA to Nutmeg? (following the link in the 10th Aug 2024 newsletter from Head for Points). I did so and received notification from Nutmeg that I duly qualified, but over six months later there’s still no sign of the Avios! Nutmeg seem to think that they sent them to BA mid January (but don’t know the actual date), whilst BA have yet to receive them. Investigations are going on at each end, but it’s not looking positive!

My confirmation email, in Aug24 said
“You’ll get your reward within six months of your transfer being started, as long as it’s complete by then. If not, you’ll get your reward within 60 days once the transfer is complete.”
My transfer arrangements didn’t start until later that month so I have it diarised to chase in March.
