I have just completed a recently booked 1 night stay (re a family mercy mission) at Hilton Cobham via a 40K points redemption and received 1K points for the ‘my way’preference and 2K for the current 2023 points unlimited promotion which is what I expected.
What I don’t understand is why I have ALSO received base points + gold elite 80% bonus as well – where did they come from ? Is it pro-rata from the cash rate equivalent had I paid in GBP instead ?
I stayed at Hilton Islington on points for 2 nights last year and only got the expected 1K ‘my way’ points !@jshRR First rule of fight club……
