Hi everyone! I recently transferred 45k CC points to Sheba Miles to redeem for an upcoming trip on Ethiopian Airlines. However, the customer care is now telling me that you can’t redeem transferred miles as a Blue Member. The threshold to upgrade status is 2 revenue bookings.
This restriction is not mentioned ANYWHERE on their website though. Has anyone had a similar experience and can guide on the best way out? Don’t want to get stuck with 45k unusable points!I have no clue about Sheba miles but, have you tried calling them again.
It’s very possible that a clueless customer representative may have mislead you.
