Just logged in to use my voucher,but it’s disappeared ! Seems the app has been updated with the new ‘rules’ and my voucher has suffered ! …. Guess a call will have to be made.
And my wife’s voucher has gone missing as well !

No sign of my voucher (which should have been issued on 29th March) in the Barclaycard app or in my BA account.

I did.
As reported on other threads, the voucher details do appear during the “book and upgrade” process after selecting a flight, so it is there, just hidden by another round of ill-advised IT changes.
As a software engineer with 30 years of experience I remain astonished by the comically incompetent efforts of the IT teams at BA, QR, Hertz, Melia, Miles & More… The decision-making of BA’s IT managers seems particularly misguided.
Thank goodness I’ve seen this as I thought it was just me! Was on the phone to Barclays yesterday and they said they issued it last month, the app backs this up yet it’s missing from my BA account.

Now that the BA Android app has been updated, it is no longer possible to see the voucher in your account. So where is the, ‘pay and upgrade ‘ gone to or is it no longer available on the app…..on line only ?
It was so easy to redeem from your account, in the good old days….3/4 weeks ago.

I just logged into my new “club” online and both my wife and my Barclays vouchers are missing. Both Active and Inactive.
I just spoke to BA and the lady says she can see them on her screen, but they are not on ours. We get 2 per year, one for hitting £10k spend, and one on the anniversary of our account. It appears one of these sources seem to be missing from Club accounts – but I cant tell which one.
I was told
1 – don’t worry they are on our account even though we can’t see them
2 – (more worryingly) if we phone to make the booking, BA can see them so they can be used. Unfortunately I cannot see anything so how can I phone to use themJust hope they get it corrected soon.

Thank you @NorthernLass. I read that works, but I don’t need to yet. I was just browsing earlier today and you can imagine the shock when 7 upgrade vouchers had disappeared from our accounts. BA assure me they ARE on our accounts and have given me voucher numbers and dates.
Slightly off topic, but does anybody else find 2 Barclays upgrades equal to the AMEX Companion voucher ? My wife and I tend to keep them for flights to Mauritius 50,000 PE 100,000 Club. We get 4 upgrade vouchers a year from Barclays which I calculate is twice as good as the Companion Voucher.

Upgrade vouchers generally don’t save you as many avios as the 241. Wouldn’t PE to MRU be 70k avios, off-peak, return, for one person with a Barclays voucher? And with a 241, 100k for 2?

Hence 4x upgrade Barclays vouchers a year (couple with Barclays premier and Barclaycard) are twice as good as one 241and for all other flights they are between 1.81 and 1.89 times better than an AMEX 241

For MRU they are not, though, as per my calculation, and that would apply to destinations in the same zone, like HKG.
There are no destinations where you save more avios by using 2 upgrade vouchers than by using 1 companion voucher, I’m not sure where you’re getting your figures from!
Just confirming that dummy bookings appear to be listing all the vouchers in your account even if your Exec Club isn’t showing them. My online account is claiming that I only have 2 vouchers – each with 1 voucher code (2023 & 2024 anniversary vouchers) – so I’m missing 2 x bonus spend vouchers for both years despite confirmation emails.
When I tick the check box to “Use BA Barclays Cabin Upgrade Voucher and Avios” on the Book and Upgrade page and select a specific flight, I get the pop-up message “Select voucher(s) for 2 passenger(s) to get a price quote” with 4 Barclaycard Upgrade voucher codes listed beneath so I know the 2 missing vouchers are still there and usable even if not showing in my account.
