Missing Virgin voucher

Hi,

Checking my virgin account, I noticed the last two vouchers I have earned were not in my account. Tried to call virgin atlantic who told me to contact virgin money. The latter told me to call virgin atlantic… anybody had the same thing happen to them and know the best way forward ?

Yeah, same thing happened me recently. Hit spent target in October, still no voucher by January.

I called Virgin Money and they confirmed all was good on their side. I then called Virgin Atlantic and told them that I had called Virgin Money first, they said everything was fine on their side. Agent on the phone said it definitely wasn’t showing on my account so she’ll email the (rewards? – not sure exactly the name she said) team and they’ll be fit to look into it. I assume at this point they then email Virgin Money and verify or something?
But sure enough, maybe two or three days later the voucher was in my account, with a January 2027 expiry.

Thanks for the reply ! At least you got a de facto extension of your voucher. Will ask them to email !
