Hi all,
So, I had a missing stay from a London Marriott property a while ago. It eventually got resolved after I sent them my paper copy of the receipt. I booked into the same hotel again (in hindsight.. terrible idea) and again, the stay wasn’t credited. This time however, despite sending my paper copy to Marriott having waited to fill in the form, and waited beyond their 5-7 business days I haven’t heard a bean other than some bonus points being added under the hotels name, but still no night (plus all important bonus elite night from the current promotion!).
Has anyone else had this issue? what resolved it to the point of the night being credited properly?
It may be that a fresh claim would be in order. They usually email you when the credit is applied, so you noticing that only points have been credited (and no email response) points to a half-measured action.
The email for the team that handles missing credits is bonvoy.stay@marriott.com – you could follow up directly, or, resubmit the claim fresh. Failing that, a phonecall could help.
Email Marriott Bonvoy champions , email is on flyer talk .. if reservation was eligible for points they will credit within 24-48 hours after emailing
