I stayed one night at the Hilton Liverpool which didn’t register. I was repeatedly told different reasons such as ai had cancelled (I hadn’t I sent them the receipt) or I had checked in and out on the same day. Over two weeks on Hilton Guest Assistance have stopped coming up with excuses and said it’s down to the hotel. The hotel says only Hilton GA can add stays and I am caught in the middle. The 17th email on the topic is being drafted… Anyone else had such problems? Thought they might try harder for a diamond member..especially given their pally emails and repeated requests for feedback.
Did you book direct with Hilton? And what times/dates does your room bill say?
