Whilst it is clear that you need 24 months in between BA Amex cards to re-qualify for sign-up bonus, what is the minimum time between cards if you just want to get another companion voucher?
There isn’t one, however it’s obviously more advantageous if you have a player 2 to refer and earn their own voucher. Also Amex may start to frown on people doing this at some point!
Not sure the cancel and reapply for a second voucher is anymore costly to Amex than the player 1 – player 2 referral game. As discussed by quite a few recently Amex seem to structure products to churners rather than retain long term customers.
