Miles & More and Hyatt 2024 promo not posting despite missing points request

HfP posted about this “Go Further with Miles & More and Hyatt” EMEA promo in Sept. 2024, here’s the link:

I have had a bunch of stays under this promotion. The stays credited to Hyatt with the extra Miles & More miles showing as earmarked in the World of Hyatt app. But nothing ever posted to my Miles & More account.

Miles & More is playing the blame game: Lufthansa’s Senator line keeps referring me to Hyatt. And Hyatt does nothing despite me contacting My Hyatt Concierge as well as submitting a missing-credit form.

Anybody else affected? Any way to escalate this? Thus far, the issue has seen quite limited coverage on the blogs (there is a post dated January 11 on Loyalty Lobby).

I suspect it’s on the Hyatt side, only because I’ve done a number of car hire, guided tours & hotel promos with Miles & More in the last year and they all posted fine. Some of them did take an age to post though – 4 stays I did in Feb last year took a lot longer than the 64 days advertised in the T&C’s. Just keep at them on the phone!

I just contacted World of Hyatt about this once again. This time I’m trying via the Hyatt Concierge on Twitter/X.
