Do Marriott Amex sign up bonuses ever increase?

Has Amex ever bumped up the standard 20,000 sign up bonus on the Marriott card? I’ve seen the Gold, BA, Platinum all do periodic boosts of the sign up bonuses. Any know if they’ve seen the same with the MArriott card and when it was? (in case its same time of year done, annually)

There has been one in the last 6 months but I think it was around 25k. Not that significant when you get 23k from a referral
