No really – It’s awesome… After spending 3 hrs on hold this morning (phoned at 7am) and 3 hrs on hold two days ago, I couldn’t face another phone call of the looping 3 songs that now won’t leave my head. Need to change another flight, but not toooo urgent, so thought I’d use the bot. Shame it doesn’t work as they are too busy. Won’t even let you join a queue. They used to have a nice form you could fill in and then someone would sort it all out for you. Thank God for website “improvements” Sigh. Got a response on twitter saying that I’d have to call them as they couldn’t do the change. Really, how hard can it be to have a website that is actually fit for purpose?
