Council Tax (CT) Hammersmith and Fulham. Anyone figured out a way to pay at Coop without using H&F bar code on CT statement which seems to not allow. In short, how to earn points paying H&F CT anywhere or anyhow. Not sure where to post this question.
I live in a different London borough, not H&F, but here are some tips:
– council website may allow you to pay using Barclaycard avios,
– try a different coop, not every coop allows it, make sure that it has PayPoint service,
– it is not just coop, Budgens do it, too. perhaps there is one next to your home or work,
– you need not just your account number but also that barcode to pay, I don’t know how else they can process it.
– paypoint website lists locations, including coops etc. try a different location.Do H&F issue a paypoint card? With my council had to request a credit card sized payment card, take that to the paypoint location.
I’m guessing your question is actually “is there anyway to pay using Amex”. I can’t comment on that, but can confirm their website accepts Mastercard and the Barclaycard Avios card does earn points.
