Does anyone have success logging in to an ALL account? I’m staying at a Fairmont at the moment, and want to get my membership number of whatever in order to claim points. But I forgot my password. When trying to request a password reset, which I’ve done countless times over the past few days, I get “a technical error occurred”.
Is there an ALL helpdesk I can email?
I used the “Contact Us” option the other day… it appears at the bottom of some support articles
At the bottom of the page there is a “Can’t find the answer to your question? – Contact Us” button
I’ve checked and its there whether you’re logged in or not 🙂
