LHR to KRK business class – no seats available, have we been downgraded?

We are flying LHR to KRK on 23rd November (flight BA 872) in Club Europe. Ever since we booked there’s been no seats available to pre book in the CE cabin, just 4 rows but all unavailable. Does anyone have experience of this? Is it likely we will be downgraded? We booked on a 241 companion pass

Flight is nearly sold out though so BA may find an A320 and move the curtain back too
