Just as an FYI – my voucher expired last October. By then I had booked flights to Portugal in July. Had a change of plans so can’t make that now. Instead wanted to fly to Malaga in May. I was told when I phoned I could make a change as long as the new flight was before October 2022. The change was also confirmed as free.
Is that standard? Pretty good if so.
That’s not standard. You would normally be charged £35 and you can only change within the same zone which is fine as Portugal and Spain are in the same zone.
I moved my NCE flights in August to PRG at Easter and wasn’t charged anything. I think it really depends who answers the phone at avios.com!
Oh, that would be really great as I need to move my Rome flights to something else given that IC cancelled on me.
