Background is that we’ve got a few thousand Virgin points and a few KLM (this one is a household account) points.
We also have sone flights booked through KLM (some of which use partner airline like Eastern and Air Baltic)
Q1.
Can these existing points across KLM and Virgin airlines be consolidated?
Q2.
Our KLM bookings have our KLM frequent flier number on. There seems to be no way online or app of adding the Virgin club membership number which is different to what their website indicates.
Can this be done?
Thank you
1. Not in one points pot BUT of course you can mix and match bookings, eg book your outbound flight with Flying Blue points and book your return flight with Virgin Points (or book your full flight with FB and book your partner with Virgin Points etc)
2. You can swap it over at check-in or call KLM to do it

And if you forget or don’t get chance as I did with Avianca yesterday the helpful agent at the gate can do it too.
