I wish to fly from MAN to LAS, UC with miles and ideally use my 2-4-1 CC voucher. I fully understand there are restrictions on 2-4-1 voucher usage (Virgin metal only).
I noticed KLM have multiple UC seats on their direct flight from AMS to LAS, why will Virgin not allow me to book this flight using Virgin miles when they are in partnership. Hopefully someone will say you have to phone up to book a partner airline….please please make my day.
When you say KLM has availability, how many miles does it cost? KLM have dynamic pricing on reward flights so they might be after 100,000s of thousands of Flying Blue miles to book. It is only the basic reward availability that will be bookable.
However the Virgin booking site is also super buggy. As a starting point see if you can find availability with KLM for MAN-AMS and AMS-LAS. When I look, it won’t even allow me to search for the latter route using points.
If this is the case i.e. it is not allowing you to search for miles flights for AMS-LAS then it will need a phone call. However Virgin’s inventory will not the the same as KLM’s.
