I have to forward an email as part of a dispute to BA Exec hence the question – phone and writing hard copy are not preferred in this instance Thanks

For obvious reasons BAEC doesn’t have an email address that you can use for this. You need to get your BA interlocutor to send you a link to upload documents – that link may have a different case reference but the cases will be linked.
