Is it one new voucher every 12 calendar months? Where do I see progress online?

-Is the new voucher 12 months from the last? If I started with the card in April and received voucher in July, does the clock restart from July, or is the spending July-next April then “lost” and the clock reset in April ’23?

Morning! As I understand it, it’s card year, so the “clock” will reset in April (unless you downgrade to the free card, which seems to reset the clock). I’d need to read the original HFP article about the card but I’ve a feeling it said you can only earn one voucher per card year, like the BAPP. So if you’re not bothered about the extra avios you’d collect, you might be better diverting non-Amex spend to another card for the remaining months.
