Mrs S constantly complains that I book restaurants for upcoming trips too far in advance, I have several booked already for October! I have ten of the 30 nights we are away on our road trip booked already too, I then make a list of those close to our hotel on the other nights that seem appropriate. I’d rather do that sitting at my computer when I’m not exhausted or pushed for time. If we find something different on the days I haven’t booked then great, it’s a bit OCD but it removes all the guesswork.
