There are new IHG credit cards linked to Chase and what also looks like the old cards too?

Those are the US cards.

Perhaps suggests that Chase UK might take over the UK card… 🤔
Looks like they’re listing some of the benefits for the new tiers, too. Not sure if there’s anything there that wasn’t already known, though.
