    Just got mine in and I thought we would get IHG points until 27/6/23? Purposely paid a £3k IHG bill early for an event to get points and NO points on this months statement! Having spent 55 mins on hold I have given up!
    Anyone else the same or have any info? Thanks

    Nearly an hour on the phone for £12 worth of points… at least it’s slightly more than minimum wage (assuming its a free phone number?!)

    I usually contact using the secure message function. They are quite prompt in responding, although they may not necessarily be proficient at providing the correct answer! JFYI, I have had no problem with receiving points on my statement up to close of card.

    End of an era. Downloaded my statement today, all the IHG branding gone, and on IHG my final 4 (4!!) points have finally been credited from last month.

    From what I recall the points counter on my app stopped updating on 27 June, so only transactions that were fully processed by this date were included. Transactions that were made on 27 June and a day or two before that never updated on the points counter. The points counter was then removed a number of days later.

    I think the points I have received with my July statement reflect that frozen amount, so are missing points for transactions made on the last couple of eligible days. In my case it is only maybe 100 or 200 points anyway, so in view of the couple of hundred thousand points and four or five free night vouchers I’ve had over the years I can’t complain, so I’m happy to forget about it.

    This has been a great card over the years, and I’m sorry to see it go.
