IC SGP Prepayment Link

hi,

have an upcoming stay in IC SGP in January and wanted to pre pay to avail the current IHG/Amex offer…does anyone have any direct experience of paying via the link they send if it registers the transactions as IC Singapore or does it go through a third party?
