How to get a third parties MR points to me

If I sign refer player 3 and player 4 to Amex Platinum, will they received both the referral bonus and the sign up bonus?

Also, how do I get said points over to me? I understand that I cannot get them into my Amex MR account. Are there any other routes other than Avios household account?

It depends what you want them for. Just Avios? Hilton points? Marriott?

You receive the referral bonus and they get the sign up points (which is usually slightly higher if referred)

MR to Marriott and then send the balance to you directly.

It used to be the case that Nectar and Radisson transfers were not name checked.

If that is still the case, you could go Amex to Nectar to your BA, albeit with a loss compared to a direct Amex to BA transfer.
