Good morning. Anybody in this forum know of an email address or phone nr for hotels.com (UK)?
My Reward stamps went missing for which their web-site advises
“If you think you’re missing stamps, send us an email with your:Name
Email address
Hotels.com itinerary number
We’ll check into things and add any missing stamps to your account within 72 hours.”
No such contact details are to be found on the web-site or the app!
Thanks…..Answering my own question, I just noticed
supportUK@chat.hotels.com
is given in my emails from hotels.com.Also, I found my missing stamps so I don’t need to contact hotels.com
Still shame this great reward scheme is going….
