How often do Air France release reward seats to Virgin?

It seems to vary by destination. I am looking at CDG-LAD (Luanda in Angola) using the Virgin website. There are seats on Tuesday and Friday all the way to March 28 but the website wont let me scroll forward to any later dates.

I called Virgin and they think AF are only releasing flights in batches, every now and then.

So – does anyone know if there is a pattern to when they release the next batch? is it monthly or something? Presumably Luanda is not the only destination that has these restrictions.
