Hong Kong OneWorld lounges – can I check in early?

Hi Folks

Looking for some advice please. Planning a trip to Hong Kong to try out the OneWorld lounges and wondering if like at London Heathrow if you can check in anytime you want that day and lounge hop all day? Or are you limited to 3 hours check in before flight?

If flying BA, the check in desk only opens 3 hours before the flight.
