Calling all HKG experts here, we will be departing HKG next month and unfortunately (my fault) for not timing it better, I will miss the cut-off date for my BA Silver (OW Sapphire) hence not able to use any CX lounge.
But we will have Amex Plat, currently we see that there are a total of 6 lounges we can use — would you be so kind to advise the top 2 or 3 we should bother with? Our dept. time is 1540hr if that matters.

I haven’t been to any of them but looking at the list I would imagine that the Centurion one would be the best given that they are generally very good.
Centurion Lounge is a decent option with good drink options, but I find their food offering just mediocre.
I prefer the Chase Sapphire lounge in terms of seating and food. These two lounges are right next to each other anyway so you can hop between the two.
Plaza Premiums tends to be quite busy imo so i avoid them
