I’m sure it’s me but for the life of me, I cannot get to the page on VA that lets me transfer my Virgin points into Hilton.Any advice folks?

You need to phone them. Used to be able to do it by text or whats-app but not sure you can even do that any more.

I called them on Friday morning to do the same – I was expecting to be queuing for 1 hr+ but actually was all done and dusted within 20 mins. So you never know
