We booked a Hilton Residence hotel in Colombo Sri Lanka , do we get a free breakfast there?
We booked it through Amex travel to take advantage of the spend £400 and get £100 back offer
We are both Hilton gold members but i noticed that on the booking it didnt ask for Hilton hounors numbers and i seen some small print to say that we probably would get award benefits as its booked through a third party.
Is there a way to link the booking to out Hilton account ?
A room upgrade would be good

Yes Gold gets free breakfast when booked directly. You wouldn’t get lounge access as diamond though as the lounge is in the “separate” actual Hilton.

When booked via a travel agent they are not obliged to give you breakfast but they could choose to be generous. To add your Hilton number to the booking you have to contact the hotel.
