I’m planning to stay at Crockfords LXR in Las Vegas under a FHR booking with payment at the hotel. I wanted to check, am I likely to receive or not receive my Hilton Honours benefits as I booked via Amex? Whilst I know booking under other third-party companies = no status benefits or points, I always found booking under Amex FHR to be a bit of a grey area on this issue.
I stayed at Crockfords in Aug 2022 on a FHR. My HH benefits stacked with FHR. Not sure I’d return though; they’ve restricted the use of Crockfords lobby to suites guests only. Anyone booking a room at Crockfords instead has their cab directed to the Conrad lobby, where a Crockfords guest rooms reception desk is located.
FYI I was upgraded to a large suite with stunning views (floor 61 I think) and a bathroom that was like a cathedral of marble.
In theory, paying in advance means no points, no benefits whilst paying on departure means you get everything.
Never had an issues with benefits and points posting when prepaying FHR stays

Interesting… thanks for the heads up. First time in Vegas, staying for four nights doing 2 x Palazzo and at the moment 2 x Crockfords.

Same here. Floor 61. FHR stacked. We also got the nice check in.

Same here. Floor 61. FHR stacked. We also got the nice check in.
We did 4 nights. Four different hotels with FHR. FOUR LOTS OF CREDITS!
