Hilton – Heathrow T5 – Prepay Rate – Settled as Hilton Hotels Isleworth

Hello,

I took advantage of the recent Amex Hilton offer by booking a prepay rate with Hilton Heathrow T5. However, the payment settled as Hilton Hotels Isleworth.

Will this affect tracking? With a previous Hilton offer, I received cashback the next day after payment settled, but it’s been almost a week for this one.

They seem pretty slow atm, I’ve been waiting for cash back from the Viator offer for a few days now.

I used to get a notification when an offer was redeemed, but I have not had it for awhile.

I have a similar problem with the Hilton Garden Inn at Old Trafford. It has tracked as ‘Lancashire Cricket Club’ on my statement, though it does have the full hotel address when you click through to the detail. I queried with Amex CS after a couple of weeks and was told to raise a dispute. No credit so far.

Thanks @ToffeeTom. I’ve also just gave Amex a ring and they said the merchant ID is not eligible as well. Despite the fact that the address matches.

So I will not always work for the prepay rate.
