    Despite reinstalling app and changing password, computer say no. No problem logging in on the website. Is it just me?

    Probably just a temporary IT problem which will resolve itself in about a day even if you did nothing

    I haven’t been able to log in for over a week. I was in the Metropole in London today. The receptionist said a lot of people are having problems and some also can’t use their phone as a mobile key.

    Same here . Not working on the I pad by phone app is fine .

    That’s the reverse of me – app on phone playing silly b()ggars, whereas just downloaded app on iPad and working absolutely fine.
    Have tried re-installing app on phone and no joy

    FWIW; I have 2 iPhones with the same HH account logged into each. The older one kicked my out for about a week; finally got back in probably around the 17th (as noted above). The other one blissfully continued to work without issue…..

    So I’m guessing maybe a dodgy app upgrade that didn’t work with old versions of iOs?

    Last week I wasn’t able to log into IHG for 2 days (not cloudstrike-related) and then it suddenly worked again
