Hilton has previewed its 2024 promo for stays between 1-Jan to 1-May 2024.
No doubt this will be covered in depth by HfP in due course but basically appears to be 2000 points on every stay and 500 extra if you use the digital key. Rewards stays count.

Will I earn Bonus Points for Reward Stays with the “Points Plus” promotion?
Yes, as long as a member earned Base Points as part of the Reward Stay, members will earn Bonus Points based on their number of Base Points earned.
I don’t quite understand the 2nd part of the answer taken from the FAQs page.. “members will earn Bonus Points based on their number of Base Points earned”. What on earth does that mean?
The same promo has run every January to May for a number of years. The T&Cs may have just been copied from previous years. Though the digital key bit is new this time.

In 2017 you needed to have some incidental spending in order to get the 2000 points (may have been 2500) on a reward stay. At a few hotels I bought the cheapest drink from the bar.
In 2022 and 2023 you didn’t need to spend anything. I don’t know what the T&Cs said though.
