Might be a weird BA IT glitch, but my wife’s account isn’t currently appearing as a HHA on my account. However when I check the household Avios balances on both accounts they are both the same so imply that the accounts are linked. Is this a known problem?
Where are you looking? You won’t see your wife’s account details in your own account, but there should be a list of members in your account management section. As you said, you can see the combined avios total.
I’m having exactly the same issue. I have the full 7 members in the HHA, plus the full 5 Family and Friends. In the new cr@p website it shows all 5 FFs, but only the first of the other 6 HHA members.
The total Avios count is still correct.
This means I cannot do full HHA maintenance – adding or deleting members, which is something I need to do. I suppose I’ll have to phone the BA(E)C people – oh God, I’d rather stick needles in my eyes!
