Hello HFP Community,
Asking an updated version of a question from a few months ago now that major changes have been made to the program.
Situation:
Person A: silver status, CC voucher
Person B: no status, CC voucher
Persons C & D: no status or voucher
Objective: Fly A & B in upper, C & D in premium, one way transatlantic, same flight but I suppose it’ll have to be separate itineraries
Is this the best way to proceed:
1. Book A & B in premium from A account, upgrade both with voucher
2. Book C & D in economy from B account, upgrade both with voucher
Would this work? Does it matter if any of the initial premium / economy bookings are with points vs cash? Is there a better way to accomplish this while also using up both vouchers?
Thank you for any guidance!
You may come a cropper with the capped value of the vouchers so the theory has to be tested against the dynamic pricing on your preferred dates of travel

Any other concerns about the plan? Especially wondering about Step 2. Does that have to be a points booking from B’s account?
