Gulf air flight cancelled

Our flights are dxb-bah-man
The dxb-bah flight was cancelled 6 days before the flight
We have been Rebooked onto a flight leaving 2 hours later different flight number.

Not sure if we can claim?

On a Side note really liked the 787 buisness cabin

No EU/UK261 claim as this is a non UK/EU airline and flights are to the UK.
