Good Feb destinations with a five-year-old?

Hi folks! Looking for recommendations for destinations in Feb, travelling as a couple with a five-year-old.

We don’t want freezing weather but not too fussed about it being super-warm. Want to keep is short-haul (flights up to 4 hours probably ok), so I guess within Europe.

Our usual sweet spot is smaller cities that are walkable and somewhat family-friendly – parks and playgrounds, cafes and decent restaurants are all important to us! Previous successes have included Biarritz, Ljubljana and Helsinki

I have three BA companion vouchers to use and a load of Avios, but also happy to pay cash for flights. We tend to prefer AirBNB / apartments over hotels, so no major points considerations there, unless there happens to be an amazing two-bed apartment I can get with my 250k United miles that I still struggle to spend! Any experiences or suggestions very welcome!
