Was thinking of taking advantage of the 12% bonus offer with Gift Card Store but seems like the the maximum amount per voucher is just under £99. Was thinking of taking advantage of the discount to fund the purchase of a Macbook Air for a Christmas present but the thought of having to present 10 or so vouchers at once is putting me off – anyone had any issues with using multiple one4all cards at once? Thanks.
I have used multiple physical cards in one transaction in store without a problem.
E-gift cards on the one4all app I have had issues with selecting the default card, sometimes it works straight away and sometimes not. When it doesn’t work it might take five minutes to fix it by deleting cache/settings, login again, wait for cards to load. If you have 10 cards in the app I can see that being a problem.
If you have an iphone it should be easier as you can add them to apple wallet and there shouldn’t be such an issue with selecting the next payment card.
Thanks both. Yes, I do have an iPhone. Not sure how the store will react though if I indicate that I want to split the payment over ten or so cards. I’m therefore thinking it would probably be best to just play it safe with the guaranteed, albeit lower, cashback route through jam doughnut.
I just tried to use a one4all giftcard purchased with the 12% bonus for my weekly shopping at Morrisons.
I’d added the card on Apple pay went went through to pay by contactless and the payment failed. I tried this a few times with no luck!

Well, that’s expected because Morrisons isn’t one of the retailers where you can use One4all, is it? https://www.one4all.com/retailer.html?spend_card_type=One4all+Gift+Card
15% off Uber / Deliveroo and more on Klarna

Whoops!!
I was certain I’d seen it on the list but clearly my eyes deceived me!
I see M&S is listed so will use it there for my Christmas food shop.
Do the £99 Spotify gift cards, giving a year’s subscription, still exist?
I used to buy these a few years ago, but now all I can see for Spotify is ordinary gift cards, and I don’t think they give any annual discount.

Amazon still have them

but it looks like other retailers are phasing them out in favour of £120 version.
Ah thanks. I didn’t think to look on Amazon – I was focusing on in-store racks!

Ive now burned through all my Uber credit so on the hunt for more discounted gift cards, best I can see is Topgiftcards 3% back unless anyone is aware of a better discount?! These are very helpful in me justifying staying car free to the Mrs…
Swipii is my to go if nothing else better available.
6.5% + chase 1%.Just had a look at Swipii on trust pilot and doesn’t have the best of ratings.

Have put literally thousands of pounds through it with 0 issues, shame it’s not 10% anymore, though.
Yeah, I wouldn’t leave any money there. But just top up, wait a couple of minutes to the bonus to come through, buy the gift card and you are done.
When it started a couple of years ago it was a bit flaky (stopped working for a few days every now and then, sometimes the bonus took a while to come through), but it has been working great since then.
I’ve earned almost £600 of bonus, and those are genuine earnings for me (if I had perks at work, etc, savings would be less). And yes, on those earlier times when I sometimes got some money stuck there I thought it was lost. And their customer service was slow. But eventually always got a response and everything sorted out.
Swipii dropped the rate to 5% so for me that’s the end – prefer safe 4% elsewhere.
Also Sainsbury’s redemptions don’t work today.. will wait till Monday to reattempt, empty account and get rid of the app.4% off gift cards at Airtime Rewards. Click “more” bottom right and then “more ways to earn”, “buy gift cards”. Pays out as money off your mobile bill, O2 and maybe others will allow you to cash out credit on your account over and above your bill.
Strongly recommend only using gift cards for at least 10% saving to cater for loss of s75 – or at least partially pay on credit card. A certain ticket seller decided on a whim that one of my orders was ‘fraudulent’ and cancelled the order AND the gift card.
Yeah that’s the unknown area – when retailer goes bust or they ban you – you lose all giftcard credits, points etc. they have no value.
Also refunds go back into giftcards. That’s why I only buy the “flexible” ones like supermarket or Amazon, or for instant spend – restaurant bill.
Anyway, Sainsbury’s at swipii works again (although 5% only)
Exactly, although even Sainsbury’s isn’t great. When you have missing items on an online order the correct value is not refunded to the giftcard, which leads to a time consuming phone call every few weeks to get the refund… it’s an issue they know about but have not fixed in over a year.
You’re giving up a lot of your consumer rights for little gain without effort!
Amazon is probably the only one I’d consider less than 10% but that’s hard (not impossible) to get these days.
I don’t do online grocery for that reason. Go for a walk, get what’s needed, done.

With Sainsburys I pay a token amount with credit card and the rest with gift cards. When a refund is issued it goes to the credit card. That has been my experience.

Same here.
Same. But there’s a problem when the missing item costs more than the credit card amount. Incredibly hard to spot unless you’ve got a lot of items missing because the receipt doesn’t show the correct total.
Note that if you reject a substitution it all works fine.
Another option for supermarkets not available on Swipii (Aldi, e.g.) is Zilch+Prezzee.
Only 2% though, but better than nothing I guess.
If you join Zilch with my referral link we get 5 quid each: https://zilch.onelink.me/x8EV/t3zeqaes
